Data we collect
- Work email address, required to respond to your beta request.
- Company name and role, when you choose to provide them.
- Submission source, consent record, and submission date.
- Technical security information that infrastructure providers may process, such as IP address and request logs.
Why we use your data
We use this information to assess interest in the private beta, understand relevant use cases, contact selected participants, and organize beta access. We do not sell personal data or use waitlist data for unrelated advertising.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before it was withdrawn.
Retention
Waitlist data is retained for up to 24 months after submission or the most recent relevant exchange, unless you withdraw consent sooner or a longer period is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to the publisher and service providers strictly needed to host the site, store submissions, or send beta communications. Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request data. Neon provides the database used to store waitlist submissions. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it will be handled under the safeguards agreed with the relevant service provider.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, object where applicable, and withdraw consent. Send requests to arthur@plebs.fr.
If you believe your rights have not been respected after contacting the publisher, you may lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
Cookies and analytics
The current preview does not use advertising cookies or audience analytics. If non-essential cookies or analytics are introduced, this policy and the consent interface will be updated before they are activated.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to limit unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
